After intense chaos and bright high energy, we need to rest. Fall is a breath of fresh, cool air. It is a break from the non-stop celebration of summer, but not a pause in our day to day rituals of life.
This issue highlights themes of dreaming, love, loss, growth, hope, and spiritualism.

Year Round Queer is an emerging arts & literature zine featuring work of Queer Alaskans. YRQ continues the representation of Pride Month and summer into the rest of the seasons. The zine will have three parts a year, highlighting works relating to Spring, Fall, and Winter.
Our first issue for Spring 2023 focused on RESILIENCE — the ability to spring back no matter what. The issue is available for free download now.
